• Once an order is confirmed, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective item
• To request an exchange:
  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process the request.
