At Nikaisha, we take pride in delivering high-quality products with great attention to detail. We request you to carefully review our policy before placing an order.

❗ No Return / No Refund

• All products purchased from Nikaisha are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Once an order is confirmed, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item
• To request an exchange:
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process the request.

📌 Important Notes

• Requests without valid proof or beyond the specified time frame will not be considered.
• Products must be unused, unwashed and unworn and must be in original condition for exchange eligibility.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
• If the requested size/product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued
• No refunds (only exchange or credit note)
